Dofollow Rules
I checked my blog today and realised tht some of your comments were showing as nofollow still. I checked the rulings and found that only registered users were becoming nofollow.
I have since remove this option and now anyone will be nofollow although the following rules applies:
Registered users will be do follow immediately
non registered users will become dofollow after 2 days from posting

that’s interesting. I need to check and see if that’s the case on my blogs. Thanks for the tip.

That’s an interesting way of doing it. I wonder if that will deter the drive-by spammers, as they’ll see nofollows?
Cheers, Jon

I’ve never heard of that approach before to wait a couple of days, though I wonder what that is being done for? I think it’s maybe better to give nofollow unless they have left a few comments, then at that point they all become follow.

i posted a comment before and then read this post. Then i registered with same email as i posted but the previous posts won’t become do-follow.
So i Recommend make it stand out, this post - rather letting it buried post after posts.
